- Booking confirmation is subject to our acknowledgment via email, SMS, or call.

4. Service Terms
- Estimates provided before service commencement are approximate and subject to change based on inspection and diagnosis.
- Services will be performed using genuine or equivalent quality spare parts unless otherwise specified.
- Warranties on parts and repairs will be as per the manufacturer’s or AutoLab’s policy.
- Service Delays: Service delays may occur due to:
- Delay in receiving or unavailability of parts and consumables.
- Absence of manpower due to unforeseen circumstances.
- External factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities.
- Other unforeseen circumstances impacting our ability to provide timely service.
- AutoLab will make reasonable efforts to communicate the expected delay and provide an updated timeline to the customer. However, we will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by such delays.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full before vehicle release unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, card, UPI, or online payment.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Policy on Payment Failure
- In case of online payment failure, the customer is advised to check their payment status and attempt the transaction again if necessary.
- If the payment is debited from the customer’s account but not reflected in AutoLab’s records within 48 hours, the customer must contact their bank or payment service provider to resolve the issue.
- AutoLab will not be responsible for delays caused by issues with third-party payment service providers or banks.
- Services may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed or verified.
- In cases of prolonged payment failure (more than 7 days), AutoLab reserves the right to:
- Retain the vehicle until the payment is settled.
- Initiate legal remedies to recover outstanding dues, including applicable interest and recovery costs.
7. Insurance Claims
- AutoLab assists with insurance claims for repairs.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete claim documentation.
- We are not liable for claim rejection due to inaccuracies in documentation or policy terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AutoLab will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
– Delays in service due to external factors.
– Unforeseen damages during repair that are unrelated to the original issue. - Liability for vehicle loss, theft, or damage while in our custody will be as per our insurance coverage.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must disclose pre-existing conditions or modifications in their vehicles.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery and report discrepancies immediately.

- Unauthorized use of the website, including hacking or spamming, is strictly prohibited.
